The majority of medication that we send arrives in a slim box which should fit neatly into a standard-sized letterbox.
Our goal is to have this be the case as often as possible. However, some medications are bulkier and will not be able to fit, like cold-chain medication and controlled medication which both require a signature.
If you are out and the medication will not fit into your letterbox, the Royal Mail should leave a card to let you know where to collect it or if they will re-deliver.
You can also provide us with an alternative delivery address if this is more appropriate. This can be managed via the app before the request is made.
