We recommend that you use Echo only if your GP surgery is EPS-enabled.
If your practice isn't part of the NHS Electronic Prescription Service, we can only offer a limited service. This means we cannot contact your GP to request your items, and you will need to post your paper prescriptions to Echo Pharmacy at your own risk.
To use Echo to process your paper prescriptions:
- Visit your GP to pick up the prescription.
- Print out the Echo form and complete it, making sure to include your delivery address and registered GP address.
- Post the form, along with your paper prescription, to us. (Please note that Echo is not responsible for paper prescriptions sent to us that become lost in the mail.)
Once we receive your form and prescription we’ll post your medication to you. Make sure you send us these well in advance of your current medication supply running out.
